We manage the Hasselter Platz P3 multi-storey car park in Detmold and offer long-term parking there. With only a 2-minute walk to the city centre, next to the labour court and above a shopping shop, we have the optimal parking space for your vehicle. Weather-protected, clean and bright.

  • Park in the immediate vicinity of the city centre.
  • Enter and leave the car park 24 hours / 7 days a week.
  • Charge your electric car for FREE at our charging station.
  • Enjoy wide parking bays.
  • If something is wrong, press the emergency parking call. This is also manned 24/7.
  • You have a personal contact person, not 7 employees who only know half.
The costs

Monthly: 50,- € net/ 59,50 € gross
One-time deposit in the amount of 50,- €.

Payment of the monthly fee via SEPA direct debit mandate. Payment of the deposit independently as soon as requested by us.

When can I cancel?

Minimum contract period 6 months, thereafter cancellable at any time to the end of the month with a notice period of 21 days.

How do I get a long-term parking permit?
  1. Download the rental agreement (Download)
  2. Fill it out either on the PC or handwritten in block letters on paper.
  3. Send the rental contract to pb(at)facilityservice-owl.de, send it to "Facilityservice OWL FSO GmbH, Attn: Pascal Burgschweiger, Braunenbrucher Weg 18, 32756 Detmold" or bring it in person to Braunenbrucher Weg 18 in Detmold. Simply hand it in at the gate or drop it in the letterbox.
  4. After a brief examination of the contract, you will receive further information from us. Please do not transfer the deposit until you have been notified by us.

Please do NOT enter the parking card number. Please understand that we can only send your parking card 14 days after sending it in at the earliest! Do you have any questions? Please feel free to call us!
